Rachael Davidson
Rachael’s work as an Organisational Psychologist over
the past 12 years has involved helping companies select the
right people for their business and implement strategies to
ensure staff continue to contribute to the business’
success.
She has worked with government and private organisations and
has helped select for a wide variety of roles. Rachael has
a strong interest in developing staff to help them meet their
full potential and is currently providing performance based
coaching to a number of individuals.

Jenny Reddin
Jenny started her corporate career in marketing, working
both in small and larger organisations before joining the
Reddin Consulting Group.
She became State Manager of RCG and built the company to become
one of Australia’s largest and most respected HR consulting
firms, working with clients including Mobil, Holden, Ericsson,
BP, State Government and many more.
Jenny is skilled in recruitment at all levels and in the areas
of outplacement and coaching.
